If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you.

Usually, domestic orders can take 2 to 7 business days to get to you. All orders come with a tracking number which will be sent via email by us.

*What is stated above is an estimated time frame. We are located in Sacramento, one of the leading shipping hubs, so our packages seem to arrive earlier than estimated.

Once your package is shipped, it is under the care of the carrier. We do not have additional information outside of the provided tracking. If you have any delivery questions or concerns, please reach out to the carrier directly provided with the tracking number.

International Shipping Policy
Yes, we are accepting orders worldwide. Due to COVID - 19 cases as well as other issues worldwide, many international mail services are not allowing packages from other countries. However, If your country has recently opened postal services, please contact us directly at contact@kawaiimonsta.com to work with you on international shipping.
