We are a small business, so we do not accept returns at this time.

We inspect each item before we ship it to your home. Be sure to get in touch with us at contact@kawaiimonsta.com as soon as possible if something is missing or defective. Include your name and order number and any pictures that show the defective item. We will do our best to help you with the issue to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.
*Please note we are not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged packages well in the care of mail service. As for defective items, don't hesitate to contact us within five days of receiving your order in the mail (five days is the limit).
