WHAT MAKES YOUR STORE SO SPECIAL?
We are a Sacramento, California-based small business run by partners in kawaii, a daughter and mom team. Like you, we are fans and collectors of anything kawaii. Our mission is to help everyone at any age enjoy having a kawaii lifestyle. From zero to one hundred, we can all be kawaii together!

WHEN WILL YOU GET NEW STUFF IN YOUR SHOP?
Usually, new stuff will arrive in our shop every month or less. Sometimes we may not be able to restock an item again, as it was produced for a limited time or season. So, don't hesitate to contact us about any items you missed out on or are trying to find. contact@kawaiimonsta.com
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We will mail your order within 1 to 4 business days, excluding holidays & weekends.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
*Due to COVID - 19, your order may arrive later than expected.
Usually, domestic orders can take 2 to 7 business days to get to you. All orders come with a tracking number which will be sent via email by us.
Usually, International orders can take 3 to 15 business days to get to you. All orders come with a tracking number which will be sent via email by us.
*What is stated above is an estimated time frame. We are located in Sacramento, one of the leading shipping hubs, so our packages seem to arrive earlier than estimated.
Please give us your correct email and home address; we are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
Once your package is shipped, it is under the care of the carrier. We do not have additional information outside of the provided tracking. If you have any delivery questions or concerns, please reach out to the carrier directly provided with the tracking number.
The amount of time you will receive your package varies depending on where you are located. Also, it depends on the carrier services procedures and staffing issues they may have due to Pandemic procedures/ issues.
ARE YOU ACCEPTING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Yes, we are accepting orders worldwide. Due to COVID - 19 cases worldwide, many international postal services are not allowing packages from other countries. However, If your country has recently opened postal services, please contact us directly at contact@kawaiimonsta.com to work with you on international shipping.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Elo, Diners Club, Debit cards issued by banks, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS A MISSING OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?
We inspect each item for defects before we ship it to your home. Be sure to get in touch with us at contact@kawaiimonsta.com as soon as possible if something is missing or defective. Include your name and order number and any pictures that show the defective item. We will do our best to help you with the issue to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.
*Please note we are not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged packages well in the care of mail service. As for defective items, don't hesitate to contact us within five days of receiving your order in the mail (five days is the limit).
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are a small business, so we do not accept returns at this time.
